This election year is different from any other — and now more than ever, we’re counting on grassroots supporters like you to become online advocates for our campaign.

Let’s start with…what you should know about Ben Ray!
- Born and raised on a small family farm in Nambé, New Mexico, Ben Ray learned our values of hard work and community service from his mother, a public school employee, and his father, a union ironworker.
- Ben Ray is currently the highest-ranking Hispanic in Congress. If elected, he would be the first Hispanic senator from New Mexico in more than 40 years.
- Ben Ray has spent his time in Congress fighting for affordable health care, good jobs, and strong protections for our workers, veterans, and seniors. When he gets to the Senate, his top priority will be to help New Mexico recover from COVID-19.

- His family has lived on their small farm in Nambé for generations (so taking care of the acequias under Mom’s watchful eye is a family effort!)
- There’s a bull calf in Otero County named after Ben Ray (here’s a picture.)

Instructions:
- Find your favorite photo from the gallery above.
- When you’ve found an image you like, click on the image to get a high-quality version.
- Then, right-click on the image to download it.
- Navigate to your favorite social media platform and upload the image, along with your personal reasons for supporting our campaign (got writer’s block? Check out the pre-written social media posts below for inspiration).
- Tag our campaign at @benraylujan or by using the hashtag #PeopleforBen.

- Scroll down until you find the frame you would like to use.

3. Become a grassroots fundraiser!
Ben Ray doesn’t take a dollar from corporate PACs. Our campaign is funded through small-dollar donations from New Mexicans like you — and you can help!
Our campaign uses a platform called ActBlue to fundraise, and getting started as a grassroots fundraiser is easy. Just click here to create an account and then click here to start your personalized fundraising page.
Make the link personal so you remember it (like yourname-supports-benray) and add a message on the fundraising page about why you support our campaign. Then, share it with your family and friends so they can help support our campaign!
4. Join our Facebook Group!
